How do you make a Ping Pong Ball launcher out of cardboard? - x launcher x key
I create a launcher, ping-pong with two pieces of cardboard 8 "x 8", is two tubes of cardboard paper towel, 10 Popsicle sticks, 10 trombones, 10 rubber bands without stretching the length of 4 peaks and a ping-pong. You should be able to at least 4.5 meters, will be independent and have enough stamina for up to three times in a row. Please help?

I would be one of the cardboard tubes in the other (hopefully you can make a little smaller than the others put) and a cap in the air (like a few clips or something). Then, with all the rubber bands between the tip of the probe into the inner and outer end of the probe. If you then drag the hose to the inside, place the tennis ball in the tube and let the hose and must release the ball away.
What does that mean?
