I do not think you can learn to swim, belt with an IPO. Swimming requires the interaction between body and water and can have a proper idea of how to fly if you use something artificial. Take some swimming lessons. Otherwise, practice floating in the abdomen. They do this to rest, it will be difficult. How to keep your hands and feet and arch your back.
